1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Love Michi, available at https://lovemichi.com.

Love Michi is a cat enthusiast community platform that provides interactive tools, media features, informational content, and social experiences for cat lovers.

By accessing or using Love Michi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Love Michi.

If the laws of your country require a higher minimum age, you must meet that requirement.

By using Love Michi, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

Certain features require users to sign in using Google authentication.

You are responsible for:

All activities that occur under your Love Michi account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Love Michi, other users, or third parties.

Result pages for viewing and sharing content

Community features such as posts, comments, likes, favorites, and media sharing
Cat-related games and entertainment features

Some features may be under development, modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

5. Automated Content Generation

Some Love Michi features use automated content generation technologies.

You understand and agree that:

Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate
Generated results are provided for entertainment, informational, or creative purposes
Love Michi does not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, downloading, publishing, or sharing it

"User Content" means any content you upload, submit, create, generate, post, share, or otherwise make available through Love Michi, including images, videos, text, prompts, comments, profile information, and generated results.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted below.

7. License Granted to Love Michi

By submitting, uploading, generating, posting, or sharing User Content through Love Michi, you grant Love Michi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify for formatting, create previews, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to:

Provide and operate the service
Display generated results and user libraries
Enable sharing features
Show public examples or community content
Improve platform features
Promote Love Michi, where permitted by law and platform settings

This license ends when your User Content is deleted, except where content has already been shared publicly, used in backups, retained for legal reasons, or incorporated into platform features in a way that cannot reasonably be removed.

8. Your Responsibility for User Content

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to upload and use your User Content
Your User Content does not violate any law, third-party rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or platform rules
Your User Content does not contain illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited material

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting or sharing it.

9. Public Content and Community Features

Some areas of Love Michi may allow content to be visible to other users or the public.

Public content may include:

Shared result pages
User-generated cat images or videos
Community posts
Comments
Likes
Favorites
Media galleries
Example results

You should not post or share content that you do not want others to see, save, copy, or share.

9.1 Content and Community Moderation

Love Michi reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, moderate, restrict, suspend, or remove any User Content or activity on the platform, with or without prior notice, when it determines that such content or activity:

Violates these Terms
May be illegal or infringe third-party rights
May affect the security, integrity, or reputation of the platform or its users

Users may report content or behavior they consider inappropriate.

Love Michi may also use automated tools to detect abuse, spam, or prohibited content.

Love Michi may allow users to connect third-party platforms, including TikTok, to share selected content.

When using TikTok sharing:

You must authorize Love Michi through TikTok OAuth
We will only post content that you choose to share
You are responsible for ensuring the shared content complies with TikTok's policies
TikTok may process your content according to its own terms and privacy policy
You may revoke Love Michi's access through your TikTok account settings

Love Michi is not responsible for the availability, decisions, moderation, restrictions, errors, or actions of TikTok or any third-party platform.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Love Michi for illegal purposes
Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
Upload harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, or misleading content
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to access another user's account
Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the service
Use automated systems to access the service without permission
Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
Use generated content in a way that violates law or third-party rights

12. Intellectual Property

Love Michi, including its website design, branding, logo, software, interfaces, text, graphics, and other platform materials, is owned by Love Michi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Love Michi's intellectual property.

13. Third-Party Services

Love Michi may rely on or link to third-party services, including Google, TikTok, analytics providers, advertising partners, hosting providers, and content generation providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Love Michi is not responsible for third-party services.

14. Advertising and Monetization

Love Michi may display advertisements or sponsored content through partners such as Google AdSense, MGID, or other advertising networks.

Advertisements may be personalized or contextual depending on applicable law, cookie settings, and partner policies.

15. No Professional Advice

Content on Love Michi, including cat-related articles, generated names, personality results, and recommendations, is provided for informational, entertainment, or creative purposes only.

It is not veterinary, medical, legal, or professional advice.

16. Service Availability

17. Termination

You create legal, security, or reputational risk
Your content violates platform rules
We are required to do so by law or third-party platform requirements

You may stop using Love Michi at any time.
